Penny joined Health Tech Enterprise in 2016 as the Administration Manager and is responsible for a variety of functions including the day-to-day financial administration, maintain the royalty reporting systems and managing the company Project Management database ensuring all new projects, agreements, patents, invoices and payments are recorded.

Prior to Health Tech Enterprise Penny was Head of HR & Operations at Cambridge Melchior Colleague where she was responsible for a variety of tasks including creating and implementing all company policies and procedures.
Penny is passionately walking for dementia awareness and support. With thousands of others, she’s committed to making a difference by participating in Memory Walk 2023 a vital initiative run by Alzheimer’s Society. Together, they aim to confront the pressing challenge of dementia, which affects someone every three minutes in the UK.
