Chris is a Senior Consultant in market access, specialising in helping medical technology companies navigate market entry challenges. With deep expertise in clinical insights, market research, human factors and regulatory pathways, he supports the development of effective market access strategies.
“A key part of my role is to help medtech innovators demystify the adoption process by overcoming some of the barriers to entry when developing new products, or penetrating new markets with their innovations. Through HTE’s connections with NHS stakeholders and industry experts, companies can gain access to independent, actionable feedback on their innovations, accelerating the product development process.”
Chris’s background includes developing a prototype sensor for the water industry, where he conducted research and explored methods to help overcome market entry barriers. He also brings two decades of commercial experience in customer facing roles, including ten years in a consultative account management role for a high tech IT company.
He holds a BSc in Biological Sciences from Manchester Metropolitan University, an MSc in Medical Diagnostics and an Engineering Doctorate in Environmental Diagnostics from Cranfield University. Chris joined HTE in 2014.
