Anne leads Health Tech Enterprise (HTE) with vision, energy and over 25 years experience in life sciences innovation. As CEO, she sets the strategic direction of the company, drives performance, and fosters a culture of excellence across the team. Under her leadership, HTE has become a trusted partner in healthcare innovation, known for delivering high-impact solutions that improve patient care and streamline delivery.
In addition to leading the HTE team, she is also Chair of the Medtech Accelerator, and co-founded Medovate, a medical device development company, in 2017. Her work bridges the gap between cutting-edge science and real-world healthcare needs, bringing transformative technologies to market.
Anne’s career spans intellectual property management, technology commercialisation, and company formation. Before joining HTE in 2005, Anne worked at Cambridge Enterprise, the University of Cambridge’s technology transfer office, where she specialised in commercialising technologies from the biological and chemical sciences.

Anne holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde and has led HTE for over a decade, building a diverse, talented team that thrives on delivering results and forging strong client relationships.
