Health Tech Enterprise has created a series of short educational videos for the NHS InSites Programme, designed to help foster a positive culture of innovation across NHS trusts and support healthcare professionals in bringing new ideas into practice.
The video series explores the fundamentals of healthcare innovation and provides practical guidance for NHS innovators navigating the complexities of healthcare commercialisation. Spanning 12 modules, the programme covers a broad range of topics aimed at helping individuals develop, evaluate and scale innovative ideas within healthcare settings.
Topics include Scaling for Success, Collaborating with Partners, Communicating and Pitching an Idea, Evaluation, Innovation in Healthcare – Top Trends, Basics of Business Cases and Value Propositions, Horizon Scanning, Introduction to Co-design and User-Centred Thinking, A Problem Worth Solving, What is Innovation in Healthcare, and The Innovation Lifecycle.
The content has been developed to encourage greater confidence and engagement with innovation across the NHS, while equipping teams with the tools and knowledge needed to turn ideas into real-world healthcare solutions.
