eg technology is supporting the next Health Tech Enterprise (HTE) Innovation Sprint by providing an Innovation Voucher prize, offering winners access to expert product development support to help bring early-stage healthcare ideas closer to reality.
Taking place on 11 May 2026 at Kilburn & Strode LLP, the high-intensity Sprint will bring together healthcare innovators, NHS professionals and industry experts to accelerate solutions to some of the health service’s most pressing challenges.
Designed to support NHS staff and innovators developing early-stage ideas across medical devices, diagnostics platforms and digital health technologies, the Innovation Voucher – sponsored by eg technology – provides winners with complimentary access to specialist engineering and product development expertise.
Successful applicants will work directly with eg technology’s engineering team to develop and progress their idea through solutions such as ideation workshops, concept development, and design reviews of existing prototypes, helping to transform early concepts into viable healthcare solutions.
Previous winners have already demonstrated the value of this support. One team, for example, progressed the design of novel thoracentesis equipment, refining functionality and moving closer to real-world application. More information can be found here:
